Flash Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Services includes:

• Preparation/supervision by licensed California attorney of all Chapter 7 Bankruptcy forms required by the California Federal court:
• Complete and File Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (**additional fees required for Court filing fees)
• Appearance by licensed California Attorney at required meeting of the Creditors
• Organize and file proof of completion of two debtor education courses (**additional fees required for classes)
• Import your credit report from all three major credit bureaus (**additional fees required for credit report import)
• Any other forms required, if any, to complete your case.

Working together with the client to gather all required information for all Chapter 7  Bankruptcy; (a questionnaire will be provided to use to organize and obtain the required information)

• Assist client to organize filing of your adoption documents with court; (**additional court filing fee required)
